Tonight’s work out was 50 wave squats, then 5 minutes of knee shifting like discussed in the videos & as well as The Gear, then 25 wave squats to a knee stretch and back. The key is to work up to doing these exercises without using your hands to assist and brace.
But, we know not everyone can so start slow and easy and work up to it!
