8.  Shop Policies and Guidelines
When purchasing a product from our shop, please understand the following shop guidelines and policies:
Newsletter:  By purchasing a product from our shop, you consent to the inclusion of your email address into our newsletter system.   You may remove yourself at any time.
Refund policy:   All sales are final and we do not provide refunds once a product is shown in our system to be downloaded.
Physical Copies:   We do not provide DVD’s or physical copies of products unless specifically requested for an agreed upon price and customer is willing to wait 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.
Download policy:   Our products are downloadable unless otherwise noted as physical. Products not listed at downloadable or physical are for streaming.  Streaming will take place through our website shop, or through Youtube.  Once we show in our system a product to be downloaded, we consider the transaction to be successful and final. Should you have problems with your download or stream, we will provide assistance to resolve the issue, but cannot remove user error from the equation. Should we provide support which we can demonstrably show works 99% of the time (including direct links to the server) and it doesn’t work for you, we will no longer provide download support.
