After some feedback, we have discovered that ‘The Helix’ has a glitch that will stop the video in Chapter 3 on some DVD players. This happens toward the end of the video in the outdoor video section! Luckily, it’s at the very end, but this is still not the quality we want!
The same glitch is on ‘&’, but luckily we caught it before shipping more of them. So, we will be adjusting it as well so that you get a glitch free experience.
Our apologies…Please look out for a new copy in your mailbox asap with this glitch fixed!
